I am a Traditional Reiki Master/Teacher and Animal Communicator. I was certified as a Reiki Master/Teacher on January 24, 2001 after participating in four comprehensive levels of training in the art of Reiki Healing Touch. On January 1, 2003, after three years of practical experience with family and friends, I officially opened my own practice, Reiki4Critters.

Animals have always been a very important in my life. From an early age, I was happiest when with my animal friends. As time went on, I began to realize the vital role they played, not just as extraordinary companions, providing me with unconditional love and comfort, but also as teachers and healers, helping me through many trying times. I wanted to find a way to repay them for all the wisdom and devotion they have always shared with me. As I searched for ways to accomplish this, it became clear to me that I could best do so by being as an animal communicator.

I started seriously studying animal communication and constantly searched for ways to improve my skills. I began attending classes, workshops, and online mentoring programs. I contacted other communicators and voraciously read everything I could find on the subject of animal communication. I also practiced my animal communication skills daily and continue to do so. I am confident that my continuing studies and daily practice improve my skills, which enable me to be a more effective animal communicator.

My husband Frank, my daughter Lara and I share our lives with an ever changing number of cats, dogs, ferrets and domesticated rats. It has taken us many years to become competent care givers for all these wonderful creatures, and they teach us a little more everyday.
